Sri Ch.Purna Chandra Rao, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the C.R.P. and made a request that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit at the earliest. In view of the said submission, while dismissing this CRP, considering the fact that suit is of the year 2005, trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit expeditiously but not later than four months. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
