Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if the private property of the petitioner is required for any public purpose, the respondent authorities will follow the due process of law.
