HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR M.A.C.M.A No.454 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

This Court vide order dated 21.04.2015 permitted appellant to take out personal notice to respondents by registered post with acknowledgement due and file proof of service. When the matter has come up on 23.06.2015, at request of advocate for appellant, the matter was adjourned to the next date i.e., to 24.06.2015 and again at the request of advocate for appellant, the matter was adjourned.

Today, when the matter is taken up, petitioner has not filed any proof of service for compliance of order dated 21.04.2015. In view of the same, this MACMA is dismissed for noncompliance of order of this Court dated 21.04.2015. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
