W.A.No.1038/2016 HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V. RAMASUBRAMANI AN HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M. GANGA RAO WRI T APPEAL No.1038 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per VRS,J) Aggrieved by an order passed by the learned Judge in a writ petition filed by him, seeking reinstatement into service after revocation of suspension, the writ petitioner has come up with the above writ appeal.

2. Heard Mr. M. Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the appellant.

3. It is found from the penultimate paragraph of the order of the learned Judge that the order of the learned Judge was passed with the consent of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. We do not know whether it is correct or incorrect. But in any case, if an order states that it was passed on the consent of the counsel for the petitioner, the same person cannot challenge the said order by way of an appeal.

4. Therefore, leaving it open to him to work out other remedies, available under law, this writ appeal is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
