2017-04-20M.S.Ramachandra Rao1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.NO.2195 OF 2014

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the appeal bearing No.Roc.B1/2896/2011 filed by her before the 2nd respondent is still pending and that he is not passing any orders thereon. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to the petitioner and 4th respondent.

Accordingly writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the said appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. ----------------------------------------------- M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO,J DATE:20-04-2017 AVS
