The sole accused of Cr.No.842 of 2017 of L.B.Nagar Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 354-D, 342, 325 and 506IPC on report of the defacto-complainant-2nd respondent to the quash petition no other than mother of the victim/ a minor girl, filed quash petition impugning the very sustainability of the First Information Report and the police final report consequent to it, before the committal Magistrate covered by P.R.C.No.28 of 2017 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, LBNagar. It is pending the same, the victim and the accused filed the affidavits in I.A.No.

2 of 2018 seeking permission with joint compromise memo of accused and the defactocomplainant where the accused undertaken to marry the victim girl and both stated that they are going to marry and mother of the victim girl also stated the same and sought in I.A.No.3 of 2018 to compound the above offences and quash the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused. Having regard to the above, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed by according permission to compromise the matter and the offences supra covered by PRC No.28 of 2017 are compounded Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed by quashing the proceedings in PRC No.28 of 2017.
