When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Chandrasekhar Ilapakurthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with a request to renew the request of the petitioners before the Sessions Court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to renew their request before the Sessions Court.
