THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24756 of 2015 ORDER:
The alleged inaction on the part of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in taking any action on the complaint, dated 06-07-2015 submitted by the petitioner is under challenge in the present writ petition.
Heard Sri T.D. Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Excise for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court.
According to the petitioner, he submitted the abovementioned representation for redressal of his grievance. As the said representation, according to the petitioner, is pending consideration before the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action on the said representation after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent herein.
For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without going into the other merits and demerits of the case, directing respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 06-07-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein after giving notice and opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent herein, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
