When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the crime which is sought to be quashed was culminated into P.R.C.No.16 of 2014, therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail such other remedy or remedies that are available to them.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
