The petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.614 of 2012 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupathi. The suit was filed for permanent injunction against the respondents herein. In the said suit, I.A.No.1187 of 2012 is filed by the plaintiffs seeking temporary injunction and the same was granted by the order dated 03-04-2013. Challenging the same, the respondents herein filed C.M.A.No.8 of 2013 and obtained suspension of the order pending disposal of the appeal. Ultimately, C.M.A.No.8 of 2013 was disposed of on 27-01-2015 by directing both parties to maintain status quo with regard to the constructions in "D" schedule property till disposal of the suit. Challenging the said orders, the present civil revision petition is filed.

Since the main suit itself is a suit for permanent injunction in respect of D-

schedule property and in view of status quo order granted by the lower Appellate Court, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case at this stage, as any finding by this Court at this juncture may affect the result of the suit.

In view of the same and also in view of orders of status quo granted by the lower Appellate Court in C.M.A.No.8 of 2013, the Civil Revision Petition can be disposed of by directing the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupathi, before whom O.S.No.614 of 2012 is pending, to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the parties are represented by their respective counsel before this Court, the learned counsel are requested to instruct their clients to cooperate with the disposal of the suit. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________________ A.
