THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 25841 of 2016 ORDER:

Seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent Tahsildar, Shameerpet Mandal in demolishing the existing structures and compound wall around the petitioner's land admeasuring Acs.10.00 in Survey Nos. 3 and 75 of Nagishettypalli Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary, the Writ Petition has been filed. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), on instructions, would submit that the respondent authorities are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner, in any manner, and that the petitioner has been making the allegations against them, without any basis.

In view of the categorical submission made by the learned Government Pleader, recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed at the admission stage. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
