THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.10629 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of respondents 3 & 4 in filling up the post of Anganwadi Worker to the Polakal existing Center, ICDS Project Kodumur, Kurnool District, without considering Memo No. 5771/K3/2006, Dt. 03.12.2010 from the category of Anganwadi Helper vide notification Dt. 04.10.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory being violative of Arts. 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider petitioner claim for appointment of Anganwadi Worker to Polakal existing Center, ICDS Project Kodumur, Kurnool District as per Memo No. 5771/K3/2006, Dt. 03.12.2010 from the category of Anganwadi Helper as was done in respect of other similarly situated Anganwadi Helpers".

Today, when the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28071 of 2015 dated 2.9.2015 and a copy of the same is placed on record by the learned counsel. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

3. Following the above referred order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the above mentioned order dated 2.9.2015 in W.P.No.28071 of 2015. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
