This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice issued on 04.08.2018, whereunder petitioner was directed to stop construction of shed and to remove the construction already made. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat produced the proceedings of the Panchayat Secretary, dated 20.08.2018 cancelling the earlier notice issued on 04.08.2018. 4.

In view of the subsequent proceedings of the Panchayat Secretary cancelling the earlier proceedings, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
