THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27270 OF 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.5 herein in not issuing the appointment order in favour of the petitioner to the post of Village Coordinator in Chukkavalasa Village, Garividi Mandal, Vizianagaram District, though the petitioner has been selected and stood at Sl.No.1 of the merit list, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondent No.5 to issue appointment order.

In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 4 and 5, it is stated that keeping in view of the qualifications and taking the village prerak service of the petitioner into consideration, petitioner was selected for the post of Village Coordinator at Panchayat level and Mandal level and that appointment orders as Village Coordinator on temporary basis was also served on the individual in this Office Proceedings Rc.No.2/2010/Pt.Secy, dated 15.11.2010 of the Member Secretary, Panchayat Loksiksha Samithi and Panchayat Secretary of Chukkavalasa Village of Garividi Mandal, by which the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. In view of the averments in the counter affidavit, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid averments in the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 11.11.2016 tk
