HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28541 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents 2 to 5 in not conducting proper investigation in Cr.No.19 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 304-B IPC of Chandampet police station. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits in pursuance to the complaint dated 27-02-2018 made by the petitioner the above crime was registered on 27-02-2018 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC and subsequently as the victim succumbed to injuries, section of law was altered to 304-B IPC. It is stated that the respondentpolice took up further investigation and accused Nos 1 and 2 were arrested and sent them for judicial remand and charge sheet has been filed. It is further stated that PRC came to be registered and the case is pending trial.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he can avail alternative remedies available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
