THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 39677 of 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent no.2 police in proceeding with the investigation in Cr.No.119/2014 dt.29.5.2014 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondent no.2 to proceed with the investigation and file charge sheet against the culprits." Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has produced before this Court the written instructions issued by the Inspector of Police, Khammam III Town Police Station, and stated that investigation into Crime No.119 of 2014 was completed and a final report referring the case as civil in nature was filed before the learned III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Khammam, on 29.08.2015.

In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by such final report, he may take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
