THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. Nos.16401, 16721, 16725, 16732, 16735 and 17144 of 2007 AND W.P. Nos.5980, 5981 and 5985 of 2009 COMMON ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in directing the petitioner - National Seeds Corporation Limited to pay gratuity under the Payment of Gratuity Act to respondent No.3 - Workmen and to set aside the impugned orders, all dated 15.06.2006, passed by respondent No.2 in allowing the claims of respondent No.3-Workmen for payment of gratuity, the present Writ Petitions have been filed. Dr. K. Lakshmi Narasimha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioner - Corporation had contended that the lis in the present Writ Petitions is squarely covered by order dated 11.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17147 of 2007, and hence these Writ Petitions may accordingly be dismissed.

Sri N. Rajeshwar Rao, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 in these Writ Petitions does not dispute the same.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and for the reasons alike, these Writ Petitions are also dismissed in terms of order dated

11.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17147 of 2007. No order as to costs.

Registry is directed to annex a copy of order dated 11.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17147 of 2007 to this common order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
