THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28444 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests.

When the matter is taken up, a counter-affidavit, deposed by the District Forest Officer, Hyderabad, is filed, wherein it is stated that now a State Level Committee has been constituted and the petitioner is at liberty to file an application to the State Level Committee, which will take an appropriate decision in accordance with law.

On the other hand, an application, dated 21.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Government of Telangana, is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner. For the foregoing reasons, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to place the application, dated 21.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, before the State Level Committee, for taking appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
