The very suit in O.S. No.148 of 2008 was disposed of 30.08.2017, though, the present Civil Revision Petition was filed on 18.9.2015. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous, and, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
