Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned counsel for respondents.

It is stated by learned counsel on both sides that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.17-08-2017 in W.P.No.27308 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the respondents are directed to restore electricity service connection to the petitioner's premises and refer the case of the petitioner to Special Court for determination of civil liability under Section 154 (5) of the Electricity Act, 2003. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
