THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7857 OF 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that she made an application before the 4th respondent on 30-01-2016 for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of her land and that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 30-01-2016 in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 30-01-2016 in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
