Counsel for petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of above said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedies in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
