When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ petition No.21784 of 2008, dated 12-07-2011.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order passed by this Court in Writ petition No.21784 of 2008, dated 12-07-2011. There shall be no order as to costs. Office to enclose the copy of the order in Writ petition No.21784 of 2008, dated 12-07-2011 along with this. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
