HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR TRANSFER C.M.P. No. 252 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.224 of 2015 from the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narsaraopet, Guntur District, and transfer the same to any other district.

2. When this matter has come up for hearing on 13.06.2016 and 05.07.2016, there was no representation for petitioners. Today also when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither advocate for petitioners is present nor any representation is made.

3. Therefore, transfer C.M.P. is dismissed for nonprosecution.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
