HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 7807 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition is filed by one Siva Ganesan seeking production of six persons, namely, (1) Vanitha, w/o. Siva Ganesan, Aged 31 years, (2) Nadiya, w/o. Raghu, Aged 27 years, (3) Kalpana, w/o. Shanmugam, Aged 25 years, (4) Vennela, w/o.

Jeeva, Aged years, (5) Gollagaradi Ramachandrappa, s/o. Venkatappa, Aged 52 years, and (6) Syamala, w/o. Ramachandrappa, Aged 45 years.

Sri C.S. Surya Prakash, learned Government Pleader, submits that the first two persons came to be arrested by Gudivada Police Station in connection with Crime No.197 of 2015 and after their arrest they have been released on bail. Insofar as remaining four persons are concerned, he submits that the very same Police Station has arrested them in connection with Crime No.112 of 2015 and presently they are in judicial custody. In view of the submissions made by Sri C.S. Surya Prakash made on the basis of the counter affidavit filed by him, Sri Siva Sankararao Borra, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
