The petitioner seeks issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds to the extent of her land admeasuring Ac.15.30 cents in various survey numbers situated at Yerrakondapuram village, Bramhasamudram mandal, Anantapuram District, based on registered document No.585/2012, dated 18-02-2012. Accordingly, she made an application under Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Alleging inaction in passing appropriate orders for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the fact that the petitioner's application in the requisite proforma filed on 25-03-2015 Is already pending with the 2nd respondent, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
