Heard Sri P. Sridhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.V.Pratap Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit him to withdraw I.A.No. 84 of 2015 in OS.No. 674 of 2009 against which the present CRP is filed for the affidavit filed in support of the said application does not contain required details and he prays for liberty to file fresh application with sufficient details.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents opposes the request of the petitioner for withdrawing I.A.No. 84 of 2015.

4. I have perused the material available on record particularly the affidavit filed in support of I.A.No. 84 of 2015 and the proposed amendment sought to be introduced by way of amendment to the written statement. To meet the ends of justice, I permit the petitioner herein who is the defendant in the court below to withdraw I.A.No. 84 of 2015 with liberty to file appropriate application, if so advised.

5. Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with the above

observation. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
