Heard the counsel for petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, counsel for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's application dt.20.01.2016 for erection of roof top poles at Survey No.99/Part, Plot No.34-A, Vinayaka Nagar, Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District, is pending consideration before the 1st respondent, even though six months have elapsed since then, and no action is being taken thereon.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2, states that 1st respondent will dispose of petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's application within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________
