On 07.06.2018, as there was no representation for both sides, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 21.06.2018. On 12.06.2018, at request made on behalf of the appellants, the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption, i.e., "For Dismissal". Today also, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the appellants. It appears that the appellants have no interest to pursue the appeal.
