It is the case of the petitioner that he filed Appeal under Section 4(A) of the A.P. Assigned Lands (Prevention of Transfers) Act, 1977 along with stay petition before the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, against impugned orders Roc.No.A/63/2010, dated 09.05.2010, but without passing any orders, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the statutory appeal is pending before the appellate authority-3rd respondent, he is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. Till then, there shall be stay of dispossession of the petitioner from the subject property.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
