instead of "VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad" in the Criminal Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to typographical mistake, the subject Court name was wrongly mentioned as "VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad"

instead of "XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad"

and hence requested for rectification of the same.

Considering the said submission, I.A.No.2 of 2026 is allowed.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment by replacing the

existing "VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad"

with "XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad" wherever it occurs.

I.A.No.1 of 2026 (For being mentioned) This application is filed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" seeking modification of the order dated 06.10.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.12883 of 2025, by replacing the Court name with "XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad" in place of "VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad" in Para Nos.1 and 6.

Pursuant to the orders passed in I.A.No.2 of 2026, the present I.A.No.1 of 2026 stands allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections with regard to change of Court name in the order and issue a fresh copy of the order.
