THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.17409 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri M.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the quash petitioner, submits that subsequent to the impugned order of the learned Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases-cum-Addl. District & Sessions Judge, dated 29.08.2016, there is subsequent development by the government proceedings by Memo No.6719/ Vig.II(2)/ 2014,dt.20.09.2016. Hence he wants to withdraw the case subject to expunging of the para-7 of the impugned order by giving liberty to him to pursue his remedy before the trial Court and the same is endorsed and para-7 of the impugned order is expunged.

Subject to the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
