1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in preparing the seniority list of temple employees of the respondent temple for the period between 03.02.1983 to 07.12.2000 as one without jurisdiction in view of the Rule 33 of G.O.Ms.No.1478 dated 17.11.1986 and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent to prepare the seniority list of 8 temples up to 07.12.2000 as per G.O.Ms.No.1555 dated 13.02.1987 and as per Rule 43 of G.O.Ms.No.1478 and quash the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.A1/5516/2003 dated 02.9.2004.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more.
