HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 5048 OF 2005 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the appropriate authority seeking maintenance grant equal to the actual expenditure on the basis of the judgment of this Court in Recognised Schools Managements Assn. V. Govt. of A.P[1] and the judgment of the Division Bench in Writ Appeal No. 526 of 1997 arising from the order of the learned Single Judge in said case.
Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes any such representation, we hope and trust that the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner is directed to place a copy of this order along with their representation before the concerned authority. It is made clear, as requested by learned Special Government Pleader, that the orders passed in the aforementioned judgments by the learned single Judge and the Division Bench would be subject to appeal, if any.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
