HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.37603 OF 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges notice A/ 199/ 2014 dated 14.11.2014 issued by the 3rd respondent under Section 7 of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

On 06.12.2014, this Court granted stay of all further proceedings pursuant to notice dated 14.11.2014. The respondents filed W.V.M.P.No.601 of 2015 to vacate the interim order. Having regard to the objections raised in the counter affidavit, learned counsel requests the Court to grant four weeks time from today to file explanation to the notice impugned in the writ petition. The request is accepted. The petitioner is given liberty to file explanation within four weeks from today. The 3rd respondent examines the explanation and passes orders in accordance with law.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
