With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting survey and demarcating the property of the petitioner in Survey D.No.98 to an extent of Ac.1.00 cents, situated at Pedapalkalur Village, Guntur Mandal and District, as arbitrary and illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that though the petitioner made an online application vide No.DER011600735995 after paying the requisite charges for holding the survey, there is no response from the respondents. 4.

Learned Government Pleader, who took notice on behalf of the official respondents, submits that the respondents shall depute surveyor for conducting survey, but, the request of the petitioner for conducting survey in respect of sub-division of the property is not permissible.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not seeking survey in respect of sub-division of property and she is seeking survey in respect of the subject property only.

Having regard to the above, without going into the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner for holding survey, in accordance with law, and if the request of the petitioner is to be acted upon, the survey shall be completed, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
