This criminal revision case is filed under sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 31.12.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.66 of 2015 in SC No.98 of 2013on the file of the II Additional Sessions Judge, Parvatipuram.

Mrs. G.Vijayalakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri Kuriti Bhaskara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission granted.

The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
