THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5257 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the issuance of tender notices for engaging tractors and workers for removing garbage in sanitation divisions within Guntur Municipal Corporation and a tender I.D.No.95190 and 95193 without reserving 50% of the said work to the 'Development of Women and Children in Urban Areas' (DWACUA) group. The last date mentioned in the tender notice was 16.02.2017 and no interim order was passed at the time of taking up the matter for admission.

In view of lapse of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court as and when fresh tender notice is issued to the petitioner if the petitioner aggrieved with the said tender notice. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
