This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in PCOR No.973 of 2015-16 on the file of Prohibition & Excise Station, Mahaboobnagar.

Heard.

Since this Court is not appropriate Court to grant the relief sought for, the petitioner is directed to challenge the show-cause notice issued by the officials by way of filing appropriate application before the appropriate Court. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed with the above observation. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
