HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28462 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not acting on the representations of the petitioners dated 05-08-2018 and 04-08-2018 respectively for providing protection to them in view of threat perception given by respondents 4 to 6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that on complaint of the 1st petitioner, crime was registered.

Regarding prayer for providing police protection is concerned, as on today rights of the petitioners are not determined by the civil Court. Unless the rights of the petitioners are decided, the question of providing police protection to them does not arise.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
