THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2767 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.305 of 2014 on the file of Sultan Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad. 2.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned and the same was numbered as C.C.No.451 of 2016. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. However, the petitioner-accused is given liberty to work out appropriate remedies before appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if he chooses to do so.
