HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 28478 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to issue posting order to the petitioner forthwith in pursuance of her joining report dated 30.07.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 01.08.2018 in W.P.No. 26870 of 2018 passed by this Court which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to issue posting order to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
