HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36353 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to respondents Nos.2 to 4 to investigate the case filed by the petitioner.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent along with employees of Nagara Panchayat, Huzurabad destructed the constructions of the petitioner and caused loss of Rs.5 lakhs to him. On his complaint, FIR No.111 of 2016 was registered against the 5th respondent and his staff. But no action was taken so far. 4.

Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"Respondents Nos.2 to 4 are directed to complete the investigation in FIR No.111 of 2016 and file a final report, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible." There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
