It is stated by learned Government Pleader for Services for the respondent that the interim order passed by this Court has been considered and passed orders dated 23-01-2019 and the order has been complied with. This submission of the learned counsel is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

02. In the circumstances, I do not see any reason to take further steps in the matter. The contempt case is accordingly closed. If so advised, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23-01-2019 if it is adversarial. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
