Subhash Reddy) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, if the petitioners are aggrieved by any of the steps taken by respondent No.1 - Bank.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
