This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.17/RCTTCT/2015 of ACB,Tirupati, Tirupati Range, Chittoor District. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
