HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 28485 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue posting orders to the petitioners forthwith in pursuance of their joining reports dated 28.07.2018, 30.07.2018 and 31.07.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cases of the petitioners are squarely covered by the order dated 01.08.2018 in W.P.No. 26870 of 2018 passed by this Court which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to issue posting orders to the petitioners within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
