W.P.No.25203 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioner seeks to question the order of conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural purpose granted to her by the 2nd respondent under proceedings, dated 15-05-2008. The said proceedings is questioned by the petitioner on the ground that she never made any such request for conversion and the learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon some documents in support of the said contention that the land continues to be an agricultural land.

Since the petitioner for the first time seeks to contend that she never made any request for conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural purpose and questions the aforesaid proceedings of the 2nd respondent granted in her favour, in my view, it is a matter to be considered by the 2nd respondent and the petitioner must approach the 2nd respondent, which granted conversion so as to enable the 2nd respondent to examine the petitioner's grievance with reference to records and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
