THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CC.No.477 of 2016 ORDER :

This application is filed alleging disobedience of the order dt.12.11.2015 in WPMP.No.47313 of 2015 in WP.No.36738 of 2015. 2.

In the said order, this Court directed the respondents not to conduct election for the post of District President to the District Fishermen Co-operative Society, Prakasam District. 3.

WVMP.No.678 of 2016 filed by respondents to vacate the said order has been dismissed to-day.

Therefore, the respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to attend the meetings of the District Fishermen Co-operative Society, Prakasham District in the capacity as President of the said Society as along as the Writ Petition is pending.

It is made clear that any violation of this order will be viewed very seriously. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
