The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the inaction of learned Senior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, in disposing of O.S.No.198 of 2011.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the said O.S. was decreed with costs on 14.02.2017.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
